K20 profile

General Deepened clamp profile with water-shedding flange. This solidly implemented, recessed window system is pre-eminently suitable for seagoing ships. As the glass element is mounted recessed inwards, the result is an attractive window. This window is less affected by rainwater as no water runs from the ship’s side over the glass.

Mounting This window system is mounted in the ship’s side with clamp blocks and recessed fixing pegs. These clamp blocks clamp to the inside every 8 cm against the ship’s side and thus hold the window in place. The wall thickness at the site of the clamp blocks can be a maximum of 40 mm.

Glazing This system is implemented as standard with double glazing. The composition of this can be altered to meet safety requirements and can be supplied in many variants.

Interior finishing It is possible to finish the clamp blocks using a wooden wainscot or an aluminium angle frame.

Surface finish You can choose from a polished and anodised finish or powder coating in any RAL colour.
