General A heavy, thermally interrupted clamp profile with an aluminium inner bezel. The thermal interruption, an insulator in the middle of the profile, ensures that the so-called cold bridge is interrupted.  By this means there is reduced transfer of cold and the inside of the window remains warmer. The chance of condensation forming is significantly reduced. All the window seams are brazed, whereby a very robust unit is achieved.

Mounting By tightening bolts in pre-tapped holes the inner bezel is screwed fast to the outer frame. After tightening all the bolts these are concealed by fitting a decorative strip. With this system, the wall thickness can vary between 5 and 35 mm. With this window system the ship’s wall is clamped between the outer and inner frames.

Glazing This system is only supplied with double glazing. For this various thicknesses and compositions are possible.

Interior finish As the inside surface is finished with an aluminium inner bezel, the interior is finished off neatly in one operation.

Surface finish As surface finish treatment you can choose from a polished and anodised style or a style with powder coating in any RAL colour. It is even possible to opt to have the inner profile treated with a different finish or colour from the outer profile.
